We are gathering evidence relating to suspected or confirmed Covld-19 Vaccine injuries.

The statements, with your permission, are to be used as evidence and forwarded to The Metropolitan Police in order to support a criminal investigation made by Dr Sam White, Lawyer Philip Hyland, retired constable Mark Sexton, and myself. This was made on the 20th at December 2021 into the vaccine and the injury, harm, and death being caused.

We appreciate this is a very difficult and worrying time tor so many people, but we need as many at you as possible to come forward and give your account.
We would appreciate contact it:
- You have been harmed by the vaccine.
- A loved one has unfortunately passed away and it’s believed as a result of the vaccine.
- As difficult as it may be, if there has been any miscarriages or still births as a result of, or attributed to the vaccine. We appreciate this subject is very sensitive and emotive, and we will be sensitive, patient, and respectful of all of your wishes while recounting these distressing incidents.
- Irregular, stopped, or post-menopausal periods post vaccine.
- Fertility issues.
- it you know someone who has been injured and you can pass these details onto them we will be very grateful.
